Beef with vegetables (for chile rellenos and burritos)



Ingredients:

½ pound post
½ pound of ground beef
½ carrot
1 pound potatoes
½ green bean
1 tomato
1 small onion
1 piece of cinnamon
Breadcrumbs

Preparation:

      Boil the meat, meanwhile chop carrots, green beans and potatoes you also boil the vegetables once it cooked cooled. The vegetable starts to drain. When meat and vegetables is cool chop the onions and tomatoes put to fry with a little oil, while it roasts chop finely. Add everything in a recipe. Stir well and add salt, saborin and bread crumbs until you get a sticky product.
