Potato Soup

Ingredients:

1 pound potatoes
1 leek
1 hen or chicken (Creole)
1 tablespoon butter
Salt, saborin

Preparation:

     Boil the chicken or hen with salt and water. While you are doing the broth boil the potato in other container. When it is ready peeled and liquefies and add to broth stir. Then you have to slice the leek and starts to fry with a teaspoon of butter when it is fried add to the soup, also add salt and saborin.
