Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

½ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
A small hot chili pepper, seeded and finely
chopped
5 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt, saborin

Procedure:
  Peel the tomatoes and place in a casserole. Add the chopped cilantro over the tomatoes. Mix the chopped chile with lime juice and 1 teaspoon salt (can add saborin if desired). Whisk the olive oil with the juice and lemon pepper. Pour over the tomatoes and cilantro. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
