Ingredients:
1 chicken
1 Tomatina preferably one mushroom sauce
10 tomatoes
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 clove of garlic
1 slice a large onion
Preparation:
Boil the tomatoes as if we were to make a sauce, slice onion finely, chop the garlic add wine consommé, saborin and stir well and starts to simmer. While chicken is sewn prepare the sauce, when the chicken is white. To thicken the sauce adds the Tomatina. Taste if you want adds salt.
