Finger Sandwiches



Ingredients

12 thin slices French bread
1 container (3-ounce) cream cheese with chives
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
4 to 6 precooked shrimp
4 cherry tomatoes, sliced

Procedure

    Cut the crusts from the bread. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each slice of bread.
Place slices
of cucumber, tomato and shrimp in a segment, and cover with another slice of bread to make a sandwich.
Cut into triangles or rectangles.
