Hamburguers



Ingredients:

½ pound ground beef
Onion and garlic
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
A hamburger bun bag
mayonnaise
A few sprigs of basil
Lettuce leaves
1 tomato slicing
onion leaves
 Oaxaca`s cheese

Preparation:
 
The meat is placed in a junk you add onion, garlic and finely chopped cilantro, egg and some bread crumbs stir all salt to taste and stir, make the meatballs, in a nonstick pan add a little oil make cakes and fry them. When you're done with all the bread you cut it in half if you want you can burn it or leave it, for garnish you finely chop some basil and add it to mayonnaise stir well placed in the lids of the loaves, in one of put lids lettuce, beef patty, cheese, tomato and onion and place the other lid ready!
