The Ranchero Eggs



Ingredients:

2 eggs
2 tomatoes
1 onion
salt

Preparation:

Peel the tomatoes and make slices, slice the onios, starts to fry with a little oil in a nonstick skillet when it starts to cook tomatoes to make a sauce gutting add a little water and salt when boiling sauce egg dropping it as if it were to make starry, add a little salt and cover.
