Omelette



Ingredients:

2 eggs
chopped onion
mushrooms
Chile peppers
Ham or bacon
parmesan

Preparation:

Putting fry the onion, ham or bacon, chile peppers and mushrooms with a little oil in a satin Teflon when they are fried remove and let stand, beat eggs, add salt to taste and leave them in a nonstick skillet preheated , make an egg cake when one side of the middle just add all the above ingredients and add the cheese then fold it in half and the folded form. If you want to give another touch can prepare a tomato sauce and adding it on top and sprinkle some cheese.
It will look very presentable and taste is exquisite
