Bean Soup

Ingredients:

3 cups drained beans or unemployed
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped bacon
4 cups water
2 tablespoons oil
chopped parsley
sliced ​​cheese
fried totrilla
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

In a skillet, pour two tablespoons of oil and saute the onion, garlic and bacon. When is tender, add the beans and water. Season and leave a little more fire.
